Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At HM DAVY, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1 business day (available in select locations)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.


Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to inquire about a custom shipping option, please contact us at info@hmdavy.com.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website directly.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team.


Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging all items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@hmdavy.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

HM DAVY is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to HM DAVY due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package. Please verify all shipping details before completing your order.


Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make modifications.
