Overview

At HM DAVY, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase you make to meet your expectations and support the wellbeing of your pets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds under the terms below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements

  • Grooming tools and personal pet care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization:
    Email us at info@hmdavy.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Instructions:
    Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with the correct return address.

  3. Ship Your Return:
    Securely package the item and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HM DAVY is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us again.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately:

  • Send an email to info@hmdavy.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may be refused if:

  • The item is returned after 30 days.

  • The product is used, opened, or missing parts.

  • There is evidence of misuse or damage not caused by shipping.

  • The item was sold as final sale or clearance.
